I have had my license since January of 2001 and have learned a lot from my partner. I have worked with Commercial and Residential properties, 1031 exchanges, military relocation, Townhouses and Condominiums on the mainland and on Navarre Beach. I have done listings and sales in the counties of Escambia, Okaloosa and Santa Rosa here in the Panhandle of Florida. I moved to the Navarre/Navarre Beach area in 1992 with the airlines. I was born and raised in Carlsbad New Mexico, graduated from high school in 1972. Went into the Navy in 1973 and spent 4 years stationed in Jacksonville (Cecil Field) Fl with VS-31 a sea going squadron attached with the carrier USS Independence. I spent 15 years with Mesa Airlines which brought me to this area in 1991 to help start up Florida Gulf Airlines D.B.A. as US Airways Express. The last 1.5 years with the airlines was spent as an instructor teaching the new computer systems for US Airways. I attended Quay Side Real Estate School and graduated in November 2000 and started my Real Estate Career January 2001with ERA Navarre Beach Agency. As of February of 2008 I satrted with Franklin Properties, Inc. and proud to be part of the family. I moved to Navarre in September of 1993 where we still live today.
